These two authors are the founders of Foo-king and the Foo-king! series hosts, along with Xuan. The show has seen some prominent guest figures such as Lisa. They explore the various cuisines and cooking methods all over Singapore. H and Ong both expect high quality dishes that come out of the kitchen. They explore the tastes of many cultures and love experimenting with the western cuisine most of the the time. Each dish reviewed is rated out of 5 stars.
