Jewel Changi opened on 17 April 2019. It is indeed one of the most attractive tourist destinations and local go-to places in Singapore. Jewel is full of attractions, shopping, food and many more. Singaporeans take pride in the waterfall being the largest indoor waterfall in the world. Some of Jewel's most popular eateries would definitely be A&W and Shake Shack, which always have endless snaking queues. Another special eatery that many love and will queue for is BURGER & LOBSTER!
Burger & Lobster was founded in London in 2011. Singapore is the third Southeast Asian country to have a Burger & Lobster franchise open up, following two more from Malaysia and one from Thailand. The menu at Burger & Lobster is very concise, focusing on perfecting a few dishes of their own, including lobster rolls and craft burgers.
THE MAYFAIR

This $25 set is simply perfect. Patty was cooked perfectly, buns toasted nicely and the heat from a single chilli was as what Singaporeans would call it, shiok! Not to mention the salad tastes like it was freshly plucked from the garden near the Rain Vortex...
There is also a THE HOT ONE burger which is similar to THE MAYFAIR.
A vegetarian option is available by ordering THE IMPOSSIBLE™ BURGER which comprises of minced soya and beetroot flavoured burger patty on pumpkin brioche with avocado, jalapenos and lettuce. Served with sweet potato chips.

Moving on...a Jewel Exclusive on the menu in Singapore!
Jewel Exclusive Sambal Glazed Lobster

This exclusive dish is simply delectable. The combination of sweet and spicy really packed a punch. Tender and perfectly cooked lobster just perfect for dining under the outdoor-feel kind of environment(bright sun rays, breathtaking water vortex and flora all around). The sambal lobster is not to be missed when you go to Burger & Lobster. The food is expensive anyways, don't let the cost get the better of your cravings!

All in all, Burger & Lobster sure made an excellent play by coming to Singapore and bringing in local flavours for us to enjoy as well as for tourists to better understand our food culture. What other interesting food brands would you recommend to us?
